Kit Includes:
550mm x 230mm x 65mm Wellycooler – Efficient and high-flowing for optimal cooling.
5 x 63mm 45° Silicone Hoses – Durable and flexible for secure connections.
2 x 63mm 90° Silicone Hoses – Perfect for tight bends and high-performance airflow.
2 x 63mm Alloy Straight Joiners
2 x 63mm Alloy 90° Joiners 
1 x 63mm Stainless MAP Sensor Flange (12mm) – Pre-fitted flange for easy MAP sensor installation.
Stainless Steel Hose Clamps – For a secure, tight seal on all hose connections.
 
Additional Parts Needed to Complete Installation:
1 x 63-51mm 90° Silicone Hose – For the turbo-to-hard pipe connection.
BAM Inlet Manifold – Essential for optimal airflow and performance.
Aluminium Charge Pipe – To complete the routing between the turbo and intercooler.
Map Sensor Wiring:
You'll need to extend the MAP sensor wiring to connect to the new sensor. This can be done yourself, or we recommend purchasing a pre-made wiring extension kit, available from Dave Howlett on the Polo Facebook forum.
 
Installation Details & Considerations
This Wellycooler kit is designed to be a direct-fit for most setups, but some minor adjustments may be required during installation:
Crash Bar Modification: You may need to trim a small section of the crash bar at the bottom to accommodate the cooler. This is a simple modification and should not impact overall strength.
Mounting: Mounting the cooler requires drilling holes for brackets or using a box section across the crash bar legs for support.
Battery Relocation: The battery will need to be relocated to make space for the intercooler.
Fitting Assistance: If you're unsure about fitting, we recommend having the kit installed by a professional mechanic to ensure proper installation and optimal performance.
