PD 130 Polo, Ibiza, Seat Sport Intercooler Kit

The FMIC intercooler is built on the based on the SeatSport Ibiza Cupra. It has the same dimensions, but different thickness. The side lugs are welded, compared to the version SeatSport It therefore has greater efficiency and less pressure loss.
 
The kit includes:
 
380 x 380 x 50 mm intercooler core with 60mm outlets.
Aluminium intercooler piping with MAP boss welded on.

*Upgraded pipes are pressure tested to 50psi and suffer no leaks or failures.

You will be required to trim the crash bar ever so slightly along the left side. To mount up to radiator shroud you will be required to remove some plastic.
A small amount of modification to the kit may be required to allow the to fit. If unsure please contact us and we can provide assistance on fitting. We recommend that the Intercooler kit is to be fitted by a professional mechanic to ensure correct fitting is applied.
